By ordering from Pink Oven you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below.

 

Please read them before you confirm your order:

Pink Oven will not disclose any personal information about customers to third party businesses or organisations in any way, shape or form. However if we want to put up a review or a photograph we will ask for your permission first. If you have put up our review or an image on the social media already then we can use it without the permission.

CUSTOMISE & WEEKLY TIFFINS/MENUS:

Weekly Menu/Tiffin:

Full non refundable payment is required to book an order.

Minimum of 7 dishes (excluding delivery charges) are required to order so please do not request for an additional dish to be prepared or request for an order which is less than 7 dishes. We cannot add more dishes as per your request as we will be cooking many dishes the same day and we have to deliver within the specific delivery time.

Delivery charges will incur to deliver the orders.

Upon the delivery please make sure that someone is there to collect an order. As per our policy, we can not go to your apartment or deliver at the door step.

It is requested to please come down to the main entrance of the building  to collect your order. We will not leave it to your neighbour/ concierge  or outside the gate as we deliver responsibly.

We DO NOT accept cash on delivery. Kinldy make the payment online and please remember that we only do contactless deliveries. 

Customised Menu:

Full non refundable payment will be required to book an order of Customised Menu. The minimum order is £90 excluding the delivery charges. Once the client selects the menu, then a delivery date will be finalised subject to our availability. After that we will require the payment and the invoice will be issued to you.

As per our policy, we can not go to your apartment or deliver at the door step.

It is requested to please come down to the main entrance of the building  to collect your order. We will not leave it to your neighbour/ concierge  or outside the gate as we deliver responsibly.

Please Note: We can NOT deliver Customised Menu on the Weekly Tiffin delivery date.

All the weights and the prices of the weekly menu dishes are mentioned on the poster.

For all other orders we weight each container before we deliver it to you.

 Please inform us about the food allergies & nut intolerance before you confirm an order with us.

Please Note: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND/COMPENSATION/MONETARY COMPENSATION POLICY ON WEEKLY TIFFINS/ CUSTOMISED MENU.

AS PER OUR POLICY, THERE IS NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION BASED ON PERSONAL TASTE OR THE APPEARANCE OF THE PRODUCT. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST FOR FREE PRODUCTS.

The food will not be steaming hot though it will be prepared  the same day but after an hour we put it into refrigeration so that the bacteria is not produced.

 

PRVATE EVENTS/ PARTY ORDERS:

We take full non refundable payment to book an order. The minimum order is £100 within London (excluding the delivery charges) and £110 outside London (excluding the delivery charges)

As we do contactless deliveries, please make sure that someone is there to collect your order.

As per our protocol, we cannot deliver the order at your doorsteps or give it to the concierge. Kindly come down to the main entrance of the building to collect your order.

We DO NOT accept cash on delivery.

Please note: Though we prepare the food the same day of the order it will not be piping/steaming hot as we refrigerate it once we cook so that the bacteria is not produced or in some case they become room temperature due to the delivery travelling time (unfortunately we need time to deliver your order due to uncertain traffic conditions)

Please Note: There is NO Refund/Compensation policy if you do NOT like a dish as per your personal taste, preference or the appearance.

CORPORATE ORDERS:

Full non refundable payment is required to book an order. We will deliver and mostly set up the main table for you. If the chafing dishes are hired we will charge a rental cost. Additional costs will incur for crockery, cutlery, table napkins and table covers. Minimum order for the delivery is £100.

MARKET STALLS & EVENTS:

For Street Food please check with us if you are not sure of any ingredient. Though we never use any nuts in our food there are some spices that we use are from the factory that may contain traces of tree nuts, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and allergens (www.food.gov). There is no compensation policy if you do not like the taste of the food. 

GENERAL T&Cs:

As all our products are prepared freshly it is advisable to consume IMMEDIATELY. Please do check your order as Pink Oven will not be liable for any complaints or any other liability thereafter.

Pink Oven is NOT responsible for any sickness caused as we follow all the HACCP guidelines and hygiene practices required by law.

We are responsible for our storage and transportation of the food but once its been delivered it is your responsibility to store the food properly. 

Please make sure you have mentioned your food allergies/nut intolerances before placing an order with us. Should there be any allergy please email pinkoveninfo@gmail.com when placing the order or let us know during the event discussion.

All the images in the website are the images of Pink Oven, Wix or Pixabay where the pictures can be used for commercial purposes. However, you can not copy it from our website. Please do not copy Pink Oven's pictures.  As we use the pictures of the orders and events to promote on social media please let us know if you DO NOT want your order pictures on the media for advertising purposes. 

REFUND/ COMPENSATION POLICY:

Our first rule is that we need a picture as evidence of the dish/food in the original Pink Oven container so that we can assess the problem.

There should be a valid reason and evidence before you contact us. If you or your guests already consumed the food and then you lodge a complain then we are unable to resolve any issue. Please let us know if there is a valid problem within 2 hours of the delivery. After that we will be unable to address any issue.

PLEASE REMEMBER THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINED AFTER 2 HOURS & WITHOUT EVIDENCE OR PICTURE!

ALSO THE EVIDENCE AND THE COMPLAIN SHOULD BE EMAILED AS NO SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES (LIKE WHATSAPP/IMESSAGES) SHALL BE ENTERTAINED. 

​Percentage of refund WILL NOT be taken from the TOTAL BILL. It will be derived from the price of the product only. 

 

To complain/suggest/request for refund please EMAIL WITH  EVIDENCE: 

pinkovencustomerelations@gmail.com and we will reply within 7 working days. Our business timings are from 9am to 6pm Monday - Saturday.

Please remember that refunds should be asked within 2 hours of delivery. After that PINK OVEN will NOT be responsible for any refunds.

THERE IS NO REFUND/ COMPENSATION ON WEEKLY MENUS/ CUSTOMISED MENUS.

There will absolutely be NO refunds based on the personal taste and the perception/ expectation  of the dish. The dishes are handmade so it is not necessary that they should look the same way. There may be some new way to garnish etc.

CONGESTION ZONE CHARGES:
Quotation will take into account congestion zone charges if applicable
 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to change the date or details of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us within 7 working days in advance. If you cancel your order  we can NOT refund your payment. Furthermore, NO REFUNDS at all if you cancel an order within 12 hours of the delivery or on the due date of the order. However if due to unforeseen circumstances we cancel from our side then we will give you 24 hours notice and will refund you the payment.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC POLICY:
Due to the current situation our catering laws are updated regularly. As buffets are restricted we cannot provide you our chafings but instead Pink Oven will deliver the food outside the main entrance/gate of the venue from where the client has to collect the food. Please remember we will NOT enter the premises or provide chafings. This is because we will be doing contactless deliveries and we have to keep you and the delivery man safe from any possible source of contamination. The delivery man will be wearing PPE such as disposable gloves and mask for a safe hygienic delivery. Please remember that the payments are non refundable and cannot be returned back to you. Please inform us if you have covid symptoms (fever, new continuous cough or loss of smell & taste) before the delivery. Sometimes due to the situation we are unable to purchase a certain ingredient so we will substitute the ingredient with another one.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY:

Due to the uncertain conditions prevailing in our country if  for any reason the country is locked down/ impose bans  or there are other issues regarding the catering/delivery of the food, Pink Oven will reserve the right to cancel an order and return the partial payment (deducting any cost of ingredients/ containers if already bought). The new date will be finalised subject to our availability.

In such circumstances we cannot provide you our chafing dishes. This is for the hygiene and business reasons as Pink Oven will not take any risk or shall be forced by the client to go ahead with the event for their reason.

 

We do not work on assumptions asvwe have to look after the business, the safety of our team and follow the rules.
